This is a Siberian Tiger. Photo taken at the West Coast Game Park in Bandon, OR. I think he's absolutely beautiful. He was definately a little grouchy that day though, I feel lucky that I managed to get a shot of him looking so demure.
 This photo is for my Daddy (*Lagneb), a tiger lover, and the person who has encouraged my interest in photography from the beginning.  Love you, Daddy!Technical Info: Film: 200 speed colour negative film (scan from print) Lens: I'm pretty sure I used my 35-105mm zoom, and I think I zoomed all the way in to get this shot through a fence. I can't remember either the shutter speed or f-stop for sure, but I think my shutter was about 1/125, and about f-5.6. I might have been more open than that though. Weather/lighting: overcast, mid morning. Post-processing: Photoshop for borders, levels adjustments, and dedusting. |
